Webmail using the DWMail client
DWmail is a 3rd party partner of Wavestatic Studios, they make the software that runs your webmail system. If you have problems or technical issues you can always call or email us and we will work with the vendor to resolve the issue.
Our position on the webmail system is: it's a great system but should not be used as a sole means of email management

Common problems with the webmail system
As a pro-active measure we institute a weekly or bi-weekly trash/spam system cleaning. Most issues come from the mailbox being full, we do this alleviate any issues. However due to legal implications we are unable to delete messages from the sent mail folder.- The system seems slow, VERY slow!
The simple answer is, the mail box is overloading our servers, we are not Google or yahoo, we don't have 100 or more servers devoted to email. You'll need to try and delete any spam / trash or sent email, if the problem still persists, call us.
- I can't delete anything!
Your inbox is full. The system needs a tiny amount of space to delete the document. You'll need to have us delete some trash or spam for you. - I get ++SPAM++ Messages
Your spam filters are set too high, and not correctly. By default our system sets the spam filtering to a moderate level and has all spam delivered to your inbox , but market as spam. We do this as a precaution to not deleting false positives. You may change those settings by loging into the user administration panel.
